Chaxhill Hall Residential Home is a long established registered home for the elderly including dementia care. It is situated just off the main Gloucester to Chepstow road (A48). The home overlooks the river Severn across to the Cotswolds. Chaxhill is within easy walking distance of a shop and the wonderful Severn and Wye Valley Smokery who serve a multitude of food dishes, wonderful place to take lunch. Chaxhill Hall also has a wonderful well maintained garden and decking area overlooking the fish pond and very pleasant views over the farming landscape.

The home accommodates and provides personal care for up to 36 residents. We also offer day care and respite care. All staff are trained in using assistive equipment for example hoists and bath seats etc.

The home has a full time maintenance man, who works to make the home as comfortable as possible.
Here at Chaxhill Hall we aim to provide a safe, warm and homely environment. The home will provide support and stimulation to enable residents to live as normal a life as possible as far as their capabilities will allow. Residents will be encouraged to continue and or resume their hobbies and interest and to participate in recreational activities.
We aim to treat residents individually to a high standard of care by maintaining privacy, dignity, independence, choices, rights and fulfilment. We also work with other professionals including GP’s, district nurses, physic therapists, chiropodists etc.
